What should I do if my artwork arrives damaged?

Every order is securely packaged, but should your print or painting arrive damaged during transit, I am here to resolve it swiftly. Please take a few clear photos of both the damaged packaging and the artwork within 3 days of delivery, so we can arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

How to initiate your request:

To ensure a seamless process, please do not ship any artwork back without prior confirmation. Whether you need to report transport damage or require the correct return address for your specific region, I will personally guide you through the necessary steps to ensure your piece is handled correctly.

No, all prints are sold and shipped unframed. This allows you complete freedom to choose a frame that perfectly matches your personal space. Thanks to the integrated white border mentioned above, your artwork is ready to be dropped directly into any standard frame sizes.
