Widerrufsrecht

Du hast das Recht, binnen 14 Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen.

Die Frist beträgt 14 Tage ab dem Tag, an dem du die Ware erhalten hast.

Folgen des Widerrufs

Wenn du diesen Vertrag widerrufst, erstatte ich dir alle Zahlungen einschließlich Lieferkosten
(außer Zusatzkosten) innerhalb von 14 Tagen.

Die Rückzahlung erfolgt über dasselbe Zahlungsmittel.

Ausschluss des Widerrufsrechts

Das Widerrufsrecht besteht nicht bei Verträgen zur Lieferung von Waren,

- die nicht vorgefertigt sind und individuell für dich hergestellt werden

- oder die eindeutig auf deine persönlichen Bedürfnisse zugeschnitten sind

(§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB)

Rücksendung

Du trägst die unmittelbaren Kosten der Rücksendung.

Du musst für einen Wertverlust der Ware nur aufkommen, wenn dieser auf einen
nicht notwendigen Umgang zurückzuführen ist.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you received the goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear and unequivocal statement (e.g., via e-mail).

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, I will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which I am informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
The reimbursement will be carried out using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods:

• that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive,
• or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

Return of Goods
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
