Every artwork is freshly printed upon order. Please allow 2-4 business days for production.
Standard global delivery typically takes 3-7 business days.

For shipments to the USA, Australia, or Asia, please allow a total transit time of up to 14-18 business days.
As I am delivering gallery-grade quality directly from my partner lab in germany, international customs processing and transcontinental logistics can occasionally extend the journey.
You will receive a tracking number the moment your piece leaves the studio.

Returns
I stand by my craft. If you are not entirely satisfied with the quality of your print, you can return the undamaged artwork within 14 days for a full refund. Your satisfaction is my benchmark.
What should I do if my artwork arrives damaged?
Every order is securely packaged, but should your print or painting arrive damaged during transit, I am here to resolve it swiftly. Please take a few clear photos of both the damaged packaging and the artwork within 3 days of delivery, so we can arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
How to initiate your request:
To ensure a seamless process, please do not ship any artwork back without prior confirmation. Whether you need to report transport damage or require the correct return address for your specific region, I will personally guide you through the necessary steps to ensure your piece is handled correctly.
